APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91677
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
28th day of March 2022 Moana Nursery, a
Nevada Corporation of Reno, Nevada made
application to the State Engineer of Nevada
for permission to change the point of diversion,
place and manner of use of 0.154 c.f.s.,
38.21 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore
appropriated under Permit 8494, Certificate
2060. Water will be diverted from an
underground source at a point located within
the SE1/4 NW1/4, Section 8, T13N, R20E,
MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner
of said Section 8 bears S 32 degrees 53
minutes W, a distance of 3,488 feet (approx.
0.25 miles N-NW of the intersection of Airport
Rd. & Heybourne Rd.). Water will be used for
irrigation and domestic purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year. The
existing point of diversion was located within
SE corner of the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 8,
T13N, R20E, MDB&M. Water was used for
irrigation and domestic purposes from July
1st to November 1st of each year.
