Commissioners INTRODUCED the following

ordinance:

7.80 ACRES AND AMEND

THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, PD03-004.

THE SUBJECT SITE IS WITHIN THE INDIAN

HILLS/JACKS VALLEY COMMUNITY

PLAN. THE PROPERTY OWNER IS CLEAR

CREEK HOLDINGS, LLC. (APN 1419-03-

002-051). DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

DP 22-022 AND DP22-0024

SUMMARY: Ordinance Number 2022-

1600, an ordinance for a Zoning Map

Amendment (ref. DP 22-0024) and a

Planned Development Amendment (ref.

DP22-0022) to PD 03-004, which would

change the zoning within Unit 5 of the

Clear Creak Tahoe Planned Development

from PR (Private Recreation)/ PD (Planned

Development) to SFR 8,000 (Single Family

Residential 8,000 square foot minimum

parcel size)/PD (Planned Development) for

approximately 7.80 acres. The rezoning

is being requested to allow single family

residential uses rather than previously

approved timeshare/lodging uses on the

subject parcel. The property is located

south of US Highway 50 and Old Clear

Creek Road, within the Indian Hills/Jacks

Valley Community Plan. The subject parcel

is approximately 7.80 acres in size. The

property owner is Clear Creek Holdings,

LLC. (APN 1419-03-002-051).

The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be

held on 5/5/2022. A copy of this ordinance is

on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
