NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CATHERINE
L. KERRY and CHRISTOPHER D. KERRY,
are the currently acting Trustees of THE
SUZANNE H. PARKER 2004 TRUST, established
on May 6, 2004, amended thereafter
on August 17, 2007 and November 2, 2009,
and as amended and restated in its entirety
on April 2, 2019. SUZANNE H. PARKER
was the Grantor and original Trustee of said
Trust. SUZANNE H. PARKER, also known as
SUZANNE HULL PARKER, died on February
17, 2022. A creditor having a claim against
the trust estate on behalf of SUZANNE H.
PARKER, must submit his or her claim to the
undersigned on behalf of the currently acting
Trustees within ninety (90) days after first
publication of this Notice.
