A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County Administrative Hearing Panel will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV 89423. The Administrative Hearing Panel reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 22- 0084 a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 26.88-acre parcel into four parcels, the smallest being 2.0 acres and the largest 20.81 acres in size. The subject parcel is located along Waterloo Lane approximately 2000 feet from the intersection of Waterloo Lane and Mottsville Lane in the A-19 (Agriculture-19-acre minimum parcel size) zoning district in the South Agricultural Community Plan. (APN 1220-06-002-018). The owner and applicants are Todd & Julie Gansberg.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 22- 0085 a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 10.52-acre parcel into two parcels 5.23 and 5.29 acres in size. The subject parcel is located at 2431 Blaze Court in the RA-5 (Rural-Agricultural, 5-acre minimum net parcel size) zoning district in the Fish Springs Community Plan. (APN 1321-33-002-011) The owner and applicant is D&M Ventures.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 22- 0086 a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 13.24-acre parcel into two parcels 5.81 and 7.43 acres in size. The subject parcel is located at 2430 Blaze Court in the RA-5 (Rural-Agricultural, 5-acre minimum net parcel size) zoning district in the Fish Springs Community Plan. (APN 1321-33-002-015) The owner and applicant is D&M Ventures.

For possible action. Discussion on a tentative parcel map consisting of 5.37 acres, to create 2 residential lots of 1.32 acres and 3.79 acres and 1 common area lot of 10,966 square feet. The proposed parcel map is part of a request to merge lots 126 through 129 of Clear Creek Tahoe Unit 3C and re-subdivide. The site is located from 3390 to 3414 Golf Club Drive, located within the Clear Creek Specific Plan and within the Indian Hills/Jacks Valley Community Plan. (APN’s 1419-09-001-063, 1419-09-001-064, 1419-09-001-065, 1419-09-001-066) The property owners are Thomas and Jacqueline Morris and Carl Eschenbach Jr and Ana Eschenbach.
