Public Hearing
A meeting of the Douglas County Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory
Board will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 1:00 PM, at the
Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District Station #23, 193 Elks Point Rd,
Zephyr Cove, NV.
Agenda items may be taken out of order, may be combined for
consideration, or may be removed from the agenda at any time. All
items designated “for possible action” may include discussion by the
Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Advisory Board and they may take action
to approve, modify, deny, take “no action,” or continue the item.

The application(s) below will be considered under the Public Hearing
portion of the meeting. The full agenda and staff report will be posted
with the agenda packet.
For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application
to obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application
is for a 6-bedroom home, 12-person occupancy, located at 332 Barton
Court, Stateline, NV 89449. The owner is the 332 Barton Court, LLC,
Julie Bachman, who currently has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit,
Account No. 08400769 (APN# 1319-18-414-011).
For possible action. Discussion on a Special Use Permit application to
obtain a Tier 3 Vacation Home Rental Permit. The subject application is
for an 11-bedroom home, 22-person occupancy, located at 343 Tramway
Drive, Stateline, NV 89449. The owner is James Thulin, who currently
has a Douglas County issued VHR Permit, Account No. 08400984
(APN# 1319-30-627-027).
For possible action. Discussion on an appeal filed by SSL Properties
LLC, Hanh Dao, Luan Le, for 626 Jeff Lane, Glenbrook NV 89413, (Old
VHR Permit 08400422, occupancy of 18 for 7 bedrooms), relative to
a revocation of tier 2 Vacation Home Rental Permit due to ownership
change of LLC owner.
The public will be able to participate in the meeting by appearing in
person. A non-participatory livestream broadcast of the meeting will be
available via YouTube.
