HARRIS has filed a Petition for a Final
Settlement of Account, for Approval of Fees and
Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and
has set the matter for a hearing on the 26th day
of September, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department
II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden,
Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together
with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval
of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced and
anticipated in the amount of Thirteen Thousand
Two Hundred Eighty-Two and 00/100 Dollars
