NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Paula Marie Lochridge, having filed in this Court her First and Final Account; Petition for Settlement thereof, for allowance on account of Attorney’s Fees and for Final Distribution of Estate, the hearing of the same has been fixed by said court for the 3rd day of January, 2023, at 1:30 o’clock p.m. of said day, at the court house in Douglas County; and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
