Douglas County Community Development issued 19 permits to rebuild single family dwellings and 207 to build new ones during the first 11 months of 2022. Permits peaked in August with 34. It's 23 degrees at Minden-Tahoe Airport this morning and it’s forecast to get a bit colder over the next few days. Today’s high temperature is expected to hit 38 degrees, with the wind calm.
