Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the currently acting Trustee of THE
JOHNSON FAMILY 1999 TRUST, created
on August 4, 1999 and first amended on
November 20, 2007. That CLAYTON D.
JOHNSON was one of the Grantors and
Co-Trustees of THE JOHNSON FAMILY 1999
TRUST.
CLAYTON D. JOHNSON, died on August 9,
2022. A creditor having a claim against THE
JOHNSON FAMILY 1999 TRUST on behalf
of CLAYTON D. JOHNSON must submit his
or her claim to the undersigned Trustee within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
