Minden Town Board members are expected to conduct a major design review for a 94-unit multi-family project on six acres between Monte Vista and Lucerne, north of Ironwood Drive. The zoning for Villagio Park was approved in 2017.
A proposal to accept a donation from the Carson Valley Active 20-30 Club for $15,000 to install a splash pad at Westwood Park is also before the board. The Minden Town Board meets in the CVIC Hall at 5:30 p.m.
It is 5 degrees at Minden-Tahoe Airport this frosty morning and 16 degrees in Gardnerville. Bundle up this morning if you’re going out, since the high today isn’t supposed to crack 40 degrees. It will be sunny with the wind out of the west at 5-10 mph.
