NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Susan H.

Hayes has filed in this Court a Petition for

Probate, for Appointment of Personal

Representative, for Issuance of Letters

Testamentary, and for General Administration

(“Petition”), with regard to the estate of

Francine H. Gilman, deceased.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the

matter has been set for a hearing on March 7,

2022, at 1:30 p.m., in the Ninth Judicial District

Court, located at 1038 Buckeye Rd, Minden,

NV 89423.

The petition requests authority to administer

the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.

All interested persons are notified to appear

and show cause why said Petition should not

be approved. Reference is hereby made to the

Petition for further particulars.

The matter will be approved without further

hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not

need to appear unless you wish to object.
