A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County Administrative Hearing Panel
will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm. The meeting
will be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306,
Minden, NV 89423. The Administrative Hearing Panel reserves the right
to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for
consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions
relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

The application(s) below will be considered under the Public Hearing
portion of the meeting. The Agenda and Staff Reports will be online

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 22-
0146 a Tentative Parcel Map to merge and realign the boundary of 5
parcels in order to create 3 parcels within the Clear Creek Subdivision
(Document #2021-962948) located at 3390, 3398, 3404 and 3414 Golf
Club Drive and 199 Clear Creek Road in the SFR-1 (Single-Family
Residential, 1-acre minimum parcel size) and PR (Private Recreation)
zoning districts in the Indian Hills/Jacks Valley Community Plan. (APN
1419-09-001-063, 1419-09-001-099, 1419-09-001-064, 1419-09-001-
065, 1419-09-001-066). The owners of the properties are Clear Creek
Club Facilities LLC, Carl and Anna Eschenbach and Thomas and
Jacqueline Morris.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 22-
0127 a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 38.52-acre parcel into four
parcels the smallest 5-acres and the largest 22.82-acres in size. The
subject parcel is located along Out-R-Way at the corner of Jacobsen
Lane and Sunset Ridge in the RA-5 (Rural-Agricultural, 5-acre minimum
net parcel size) zoning district in the Fish Springs Community Plan.
(APN 1221-09-001-005) The owner and applicant is Bently Family LTD
Partnership.
