The Gardnerville Ranchos General Improvement District’s Board of Trustees will be holding a public meeting to adopt Resolution 22-02; A RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO SELL PROPERTY AT AUCTION, on July 6, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the District’s Office at 931 Mitch Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460.
The property to be auctioned is located at 1389 Langley Drive, in the Gardnerville Ranchos, A/P # 1220-16-810-075. The minimum price that will be accepted is $197,750.00.
The Resolution has been posted at the District’s office at 931 Mitch Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460; the U.S. Post Office at 1271 Kimmerling Road, Gardnerville, NV 89460 and the Sheriff Substation at 1281 Kimmerling Road, Suite 9, Gardnerville, NV 89460.
