NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TERRY LYNN WECKERLE has filed a Petition for Final Settlement of Account, for Approval of Fees and Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution and has set the matter for a hearing on the 18th day of July, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval of total attorney’s fees and costs advanced and anticipated in the amount of Twenty-Three Thousand Twenty-Six and 90/100 Dollars ($23,026.90).
The undersigned does hereby affirm pursuant to NRS 239B.030 that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
