NOTICE OF HEARING ON VERIFIED
RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY,
PETITION FOR CONFIRMATION, AND
APPROVAL FOR COSTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that that Cindy
Osorio, having filed in this Court her Verified
Return of Sale of Real Property, Petition for
Confirmation, and Approval for Costs for the
Estate of Barbara L. Arp, Deceased, the
hearing of the same has been fixed by said
Court for Tuesday, July 18, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.
in Department II at the Courthouse located
at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Douglas
County, Nevada. The real property to be sold
is located at 1976 Lacey Ct., Gardnerville,
Douglas County, Nevada.
Any persons desiring to bid on the fee
interest of the estate in the property are
notified to appear at the time and place listed
above and bid an amount of $5,000 or more
in excess of the stated purchase price of
$700,000.00. All persons interested in the
estate are notified to appear and show cause,
if any they have, why the sale of real property,
confirmation and approval of costs should not
be approved.
