East Fork firefighters are en route to a controlled burn that got out of hand in Smith Valley.
A brush truck from Topaz Ranch Estates Station 4 was dispatched at around 1:45 p.m. Friday to aid Smith Valley firefighters contain the blaze located on Artist View Road near Yellow Sage, north of Smith.
