APPLICATION FOR WATER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th
day of March 2022 Joaquin Bear LLC of Aptos,
California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0017 c.f.s., 0.5 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 56925. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 18, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at
a point from which the NE corner of said Section 18 bears N 26 degrees 52 minutes 28 seconds E, a distance of 2,161.46 feet (approx. 9.5 miles West of Wellington, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 18, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 18 bears S 80 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds E, a distance of 831.08 feet. Water was used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
