A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be
held on April 7, 2022 at 10:00 am, in the Douglas County Commissioner
Meeting Room at the Historic Courthouse, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden
and on Zoom . The Board reserves the right to: take items in a different
order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove
items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on
the agenda at any time.
The application(s) below will be considered under the Administrative
Agenda portion of the meeting. The Agenda and Staff Reports will be

For presentation only. Introduction of Ordinance 2022-1600, an
ordinance for a Zoning Map Amendment which would change the zoning
within Unit 5 of the Clear Creek Tahoe Planned Development from PR
(Private Recreation)/PD (Planned Development) to SFR, 8,000 (Single
Family Residential, 8,000 square foot minimum parcel size)/PD (Planned
Development) for approximately 7.80 acres and to amend the Planned
Development PD03-004. The subject site is within the Indian Hills/Jacks
Valley Community Plan. The property owner is Clear Creek Holdings,
LLC. (APN 1419-03-002-051). First Reading (Sam Booth)
For possible action. Discussion on an appeal (DP 22-0049) of the
Planning Commission’s decision of approval for Development Application
DP 21-0272, a Special Use Permit for a Synagogue located at 255
Kingsbury Grade in the T-MU/Town Center (Tourist-Mixed Use/Town
Center Overly) zoning district within the South Shore Area Plan of the
Tahoe Region. The owner is James H. Milligan, Mountain Greenery, LLC.
