I only received .06 inches, establishing a likely range for last night’s totals. The Tamarack Lodge snow stake is showing around 2 inches of new snow at Heavenly.
At some point over the past week, the Weather Service revised the rain total for Feb. 22 in Minden to a tenth of an inch, which not counting last night was the sum total of precipitation to fall in 2022.
The forecast calls for sunny skies and a high temperature near 64 degrees. The wind will pick up out of the west at 5-10 mph this afternoon and clear any clouds out.
