Jeremy Adam Bradley, 40, was released from custody after posting $50,000 cash bail along with a $70,000 bail bond on Monday.

According to court documents, Bradley allegedly arranged for the pills to be transported to Douglas County from California.

He is charged with conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, transporting a controlled substance and child abuse.

Bradley is accused of bringing a child to the drug buy.

At a bail hearing on Friday, Bradley reported having adequate resources to hire his own attorney.
