NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JAMES
DONALD ROWEN JR. has filed a Petition
to appoint special administrator and to issue
Special Letters of Administration to JAMES
DONALD ROWEN JR. as Special Administrator
of the Estate of JAMES DYLEN ROWEN,
deceased, and has set the matter for a hearing
on 6th day of June, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in
in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District
Court in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests authority to administer
the estate as Special Administrator. This will
avoid the need to obtain court approval for
many actions taken in connection with the estate.
However, before taking certain actions,
the Special Administrator will be required to
give notice to interested persons unless they
have waived notice or have consented to
the proposed action. Special administration
authority will be granted unless good cause is
shown why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do
not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the
preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
