On 5/9/2022, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1600
TITLE: ORDINANCE 2022-1600, AN ORDINANCE FOR A ZONING MAP
AMENDMENT WHICH WOULD CHANGE
THE ZONING WITHIN UNIT 5 OF THE CLEAR CREEK TAHOE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FROM PR (PRIVATE RECREATION)/PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) TO SFR 8,000 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8,000 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM PARCEL SIZE) / PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) FOR APPROXIMATELY 7.80 ACRES AND AMEND THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, PD03-004. THE SUBJECT SITE IS WITHIN THE INDIAN HILLS/ JACKS VALLEY COMMUNITY PLAN. THE PROPERTY OWNER IS CLEAR CREEK HOLDINGS, LLC. (APN 1419-03-002-051). DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION DP 22-0022 AND DP 22-0024.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on May 19, 2022 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Wes Rice, Danny Tarkanian, Mark Gardner, John Engels, Walt Nowosad
