TO: ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AND

INTEREST OR HOLDING MECHANIC’S LIENS

UPON THE PROPERTY DECRIBED HEREIN:

ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming

an interest in the real property, including but

not limited to, those holding or claiming a lien

or liens under the provisions of NRS 108.221

through NRS 108.246, inclusive, upon that

real property in Douglas County, State of

Nevada, more particularly described as:

Lot 28 of TOPAZ RANCH ESTATES UNIT

NO.3, according to the map thereof,

filed in the office of the County Recorder

of Douglas County, State of Nevada on

March 31, 1969, in Book 1 of Maps,

Page 221, as Document No. 44091.

And also known as 3725 Ballman Way, Wellington,

Nevada, 89444, Assessor’s Parcel

Number 1022-09-002-059, are notified to file

with the Clerk of the Justice Court, Township

of East Fork of Douglas County, Nevada

and serve on Plaintiff, in care of KAEMPFER

CROWELL, 50 West Liberty Street, Suite 700,

Reno, NV 89501, and Defendants, a written

statement of facts constituting their liens,

including the dates and amounts thereof,

within ten (10) days after the last publication

of this Notice.

On or about May 13, 2022, Plaintiff filed

a Complaint against the Defendants in the

above-entitled Court to foreclose a Mechanic’s

Lien recorded November 16, 2021,

as Document Number 2021-977067 of the

Official Records of Douglas County, Nevada,

against the real property described as Assessor’s

Parcel Number 1022-09-002-059.

AFFIRMATION

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned

hereby affirms that this document does

not contain the personal information or social

security number of any person.
