Record of service:
I’m a native Nevadan and blessed to have owned and operated my own statewide law firm for over 20 years. As a native Nevadan, small business owner, and mother of three I understand the importance of how law protects families and businesses. The importance of law and order and protecting the constitution. I am for prioritizing the people of Nevada over National interests.
I’m thankful to be an active member of the community, participating in numerous charitable events and organizations. As such I’ve had the privilege to serve on numerous advisory boards including University of Nevada Las Vegas’ (UNLV) Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies, and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children in Southern Nevada and has been an instructor with Greater Las Vegas Area Realtors and the Nevada Division of Real Estate.

Briefly describe the core duties of the position you are running for.
The Nevada Attorney General's Office serves as the top law enforcement office for the State of Nevada. As the Attorney General my number one priority will be to protect its citizenry from criminal activity by supporting law enforcement and putting the rights of victims over criminals.
A brief statement about your platform
I am a conservative who believes the government has two jobs, to protect its citizens and then get out of the way. I believe in the United States Constitution and our state’s right to exist independently as set forth in the Tenth Amendment. I will defend Nevada from the unconstitutional edicts of the Biden Administration and not allow the lives of Nevadans to be dictated by the over-reach of Washington, DC. I will protect your right to bear arms, your freedom of speech, and your right to pursue happiness free from unconstitutional government intervention.
I am committed to standing up to the mass migration of illegal drugs and dangerous criminals being forced upon our state by the Biden Administration’s lack of concern for our Southern boarder and their weak on crime policies. We must work together to put a stop to the opioid epidemic and human trafficking that has affected so many vulnerable people throughout our State. As the State’s top law enforcement officer, I will stand up for the rule of law and stand with the mend and women of law enforcement. The safety of Nevadans, our families, and children will be my first priority.
What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?
As a lifelong Nevadan and conservative, I knew it was important to give back to my state. I’ve owned and operated my own statewide law practice for over 23 years fighting for the best interests of my clients and I want to do the same for all Nevadans. I’m running to be the next Attorney General of Nevada because I know I’m the right person to stand up for my state.
The Attorney General’s office is the largest law office in the state of Nevada, I’m the only candidate on either side of the Isle that has any experience running and operating a successful statewide law firm. My experience in the business community gives me the skills needed to help Nevada get back on track.
Democratic leadership in this state has prioritized liberal DC policies over what’s best for Nevadan’s. As the next Attorney General I’ll put a stop to that. Our government has forced draconian restrictions on Nevadans that do not “follow the science” in deference to teacher’s unions and special interests. As a result, there has been a dramatic increase in mental illness and the education of children has suffered irreparably. As a mom of three school children, I understand the widespread damage caused by mask mandates and depriving our children from meaningful school experience and a good education. That’s why I’ll put parents’ concerns and children’s right to learn ahead of cruel political mandates.
The Nevada I grew up in is not the state I currently recognize. I’m the most qualified candidate to be the next Attorney General of Nevada because I understand all the different facets of this position and I’ll put Nevadan’s first every step of the way.

Briefly describe the core duties of the position you are running for.
The Attorney General of Nevada serves as the Top Cop, the State’s Top Prosecutor and oversees the largest law firm in the State representing the People of the State of Nevada against public corruption, predatory markets, including insurance fraud and the constitutional offices of the state.
A brief statement about your platform
As the Top Cop of the State, public safety is of primary importance along with government transparency and ensuring that the people of the State of Nevada do not have to speculate as to how our government and municipalities enter into contracts and do business with the private sector.
What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?
I am the most qualified for this position because I have over 20 years of criminal justice experience in the field. I know the precise nuances and necessities in the criminal justice system to reduce wrongful incarceration, through diversionary programs and mental health assistance. In Nevada today, we have a severe shortage in mental health assistance which can only be rectified through establishment of no less than two long term mental health facilities in the State.
I am against bail reform and have been a critic of the establishment of Initial Arraignment courts which release defendants based on arbitrary and faulty risk assessment reports.
The attrition of law enforcement and low morale in our police department are a result of redundant legislation that aims to stifle law enforcement’s ability to conduct their jobs, ignoring the realities of split second decision making necessary to provide the public with the safety it deserves.
Nevada is also a haven for predatory sales and human trafficking due to our tourism industry, which will also be addressed in an cohesive and objective manner.
I am a proponent of constitutional carry and believe that there should be mandatory minimums for felons in possession of firearms and prosecution of prohibited possessors who lie on their ATF 4473 forms.
