NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Deborah S. McDaniel has filed in this court a Verified Petition for Final Settlement of Account, For Approval of Fees and Costs, and for Decree of Final Distribution and a Verified First and Final Account and has set the matter for a hearing on Tuesday, the 13th day of December, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted. The Petition includes a request for approval of attorney’s fees and costs incurred and anticipated in the total amount of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three and 25/100 Dollars ($7,683.25) to D’terra Law, LLC.
