NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO ADMINISTER ESTATE 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 23, 2022, Petitioner Hillary N. 

Kissack has filed in this court a PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL; FOR ISSUANCE 

OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY; AND FOR PERMISSION TO INDEPENDENTLY 

ADMINISTER THE ESTATE WITH FULL AUTHORITY PER NRS CHAPTER 143 (THE 

INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT), INCLUDING THE SALE OR 

CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY (GENERAL ADMINISTRATION NRS 136.090), 

and a hearing has been set for December 6, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. in Department No. I of 

the above-entitled court, located at 1038 Buckeye Rd., Minden, Nevada 89423. The matter may be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object. All persons interested in the estate are hereby notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Petition requests full authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. 

However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give 

notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the 

proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is 

shown why it should not be.
