NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that ANDREW W. HUGHES is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Veronica Hughes Special Needs Trust, dated December 4, 2010, and any amendments thereto. Settlor, Declarant, and Beneficiary VERONICA HUGHES died on September 12, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor, Declarant, and Beneficiary or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first
publication of this Notice.
