NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that ZACHARY T. ROGERS is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee
of the Michael P. Rogers Revocable Trust,
dated August 18, 2014, and any amendments
thereto Settlor MICHAEL P. ROGERS died on
September 16, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within
ninety (90) days of date of the first publication
of this Notice.
