NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee
of the Wexler Family Trust, dated November
3, 2014 (“Wexler Family Trust”). Donald J.
Wexler, one of the settlors/grantors of the
Wexler Family Trust died on June 9, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the trust
estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within ninety (90)
days after the date of first publication of this
notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2)(a)). A
creditor having a claim against the settlor/
grantor must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address given below within ninety (90)
days after the date of first publication of this
notice (pursuant to NRS 164.025(2)(b)). A
creditor having a claim against the settlor and
against the trust estate must file a claim with
the undersigned at the address given below
within ninety (90) days after the date of first
publication of this notice (pursuant to NRS
164.025(2)(c)).
