APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92108
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
26th day of August 2022 West Walker
Partners LLC of Santa Barbara, California
made application to the State Engineer of
Nevada for permission to change the point
of diversion and place of use of 1.65 c.f.s.,
74.78 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated
under Permit 84751, Certificate 22499. Water
will be diverted from an underground source
at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4
Section 24, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a
point from which the N1/4 corner of Section
26, T10N, R22E, MDB&M bears S 28 degrees
52 minutes 9 seconds W, a distance of 5,746
feet (approx. 6 miles SW of Wellington, NV).
Water will be used for irrigation purposes from
January 1st to December 31st of each year.
The existing point of diversion was located
within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 22, T10N,
R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the
NW corner of said Section 22 bears N 85
degrees 09 minutes W, a distance of 1,940
feet. Water was used for irrigation purposes
from January 1st to December 31st of each
year.
