APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92111
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 26th day of August 2022 CCT Founders LLC of Santa Barbara, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.27 c.f.s., 589.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 84754. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 Section 24, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of Section 26, T10N, R22E, MDB&M bears S 28 degrees 52 minutes 09 seconds W, a distance of 5,746 feet (approx. 4 miles NE of Topaz, NV). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 Section 26, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 26 bears N 14 degrees 55 minutes W, a distance of 1,067.97 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
