NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Susan

H. Hayes has filed in this Court a First

and Final Report and Account of Personal

Representative; Petition for Confirmation;

Application for Order Authorizing Payment of

Administrative Fees and Costs; and Petition

for Final Distribution (“Petition”), with regard to

the estate of Francine H. Gilman, deceased.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that

the matter has been set for a hearing on

October 24, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in the Ninth

Judicial District Court, located at 1038

Buckeye Rd, Minden, NV 89423. The petition

requests that the Decedent’s estate after

payment of taxes, administrative costs and

fees should be distributed to H. Charles

Woerner, Jr., trustee of the Francine H. Gilman

Revocable Trust, dated August 10, 2000, as

amended and restated. All interested persons

are notified to appear and show cause

why said Petition should not be approved.

Reference is hereby made to the Petition for

further particulars. The matter will be approved

without further hearing unless an objection is

filed. You do not need to appear unless you

wish to object.
