ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
General Notice
Town of Minden (Owner) is requesting Bids for
the construction of the following Project:
Westwood Park Splash Pad
Bids for the construction of the Project will
be received at the Town of Minden located at
1604 Esmeralda Avenue, Ste 101, Minden,
NV 89423, until April 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM
local time. At that time the Bids received will
be privately opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Any and all work necessary to provide
a complete, functioning splash pad at
Westwood Park that stays within the total
budget of $450,000. Includes furnishing of
materials as well as installation of concrete
splash pad surface, recirculating vault
system, utility connections, splash pad
equipment, etc. and site restoration.
Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid
price will be $450,000. The Project has an
expected duration of 90 calendar days.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Owner will distribute Bidding Documents and
Addenda directly to prospective Bidders via
email.

For all further requirements regarding bid
submittal, qualifications, procedures, and
contract award, refer to the Instructions to
Bidders that are included in the Bidding
Documents.
