YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, on February 14, 2023, the Plaintiff SMC CONSTRUCTION CO. recorded notice of its mechanics’ lien in Douglas County, Nevada as Document No. 2023-993865, in the total amount of $2,002,311.75 for the cost of labor, services, equipment, materials and other costs furnished to Defendant PEAK TAHOE LLC for construction of a work of improvement known as The Peak, which is located on the real property at 323 Tramway Drive, Stateline Nevada 89449, encompassing the following Douglas County Assessor’s Parcel Numbers:

Now that more than thirty (30) days have expired following the recording of the above-described notice of lien, Plaintiff now seeks to enforce its lien rights and foreclose its mechanics’ lien in the above-entitled case.
YOU ARE NOW HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that all persons holding or claiming liens under the provisions of NRS 108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, on any of the above-describe premises, are hereby notified to file within ten (10) days of the date of the last publication of this Notice with the Clerk of the Ninth Judicial District Court in the above-entitled case and to serve on the Plaintiff, and also on Defendants Peak Tahoe LLC, written statements of the facts constituting their liens, together with the date and amounts thereof.
