NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,

ELIZABETH BENZ-ROSENBERG, by and

through her attorneys, MAHE LAW, LTD., have

filed in this Court a Petition for Administration

of Estate, for Appointment of Personal Representative,

and for Letters Testamentary, of the

estate of RICHARD WAYNE OGLE, deceased.

The hearing of the same has been fixed by

said Court for the 23rd day of May, 2023. At

1:30 p.m. at the District Courthouse in Douglas

County, Nevada, and all person interested

in said matter are notified then and there to

appear and show cause, if any they have, why

said Petition should not be granted. For further

particulars, reference is made to said Petition.
