NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LISA
MARIA HARRIS has petitioned the Court
for an Order assigning and setting aside the
Estate of FLORENCE NINA TORTOMASI,
Deceased, without administration pursuant to
Nevada Revised Statute 146.070(1)(b), and
has set the matter for a hearing on this 18th
day of September, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., in Department
II of the Ninth Judicial District Court
in Minden, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set
aside to LISA MARIA HARRIS, as Trustee
of the FLORENCE N. TORTOMASI 1991
TRUST, established March 9, 1992.
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do
not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
