APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92930
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 8th
day of August 2023 Holbrook Beef and Cattle
Company of Reno, Nevada made application
to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to change the point of diversion and
place of use of 0.082 c.f.s., 40.0 a.f.s., a portion
of water heretofore appropriated under
Permit 53452. Water will be diverted from an
underground source at a point located within
the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 35, T14N, R19E,
MDB&M or at a point from which the S1/4 corner
of said Section 35 bears S 21 degrees 26
minutes 57 seconds W, a distance of 3,520
feet (approx. 2 miles NE of Genoa, NV).
Water will be used for irrigation and domestic
purposes from March 1st to November 1st of
each year. The existing point of diversion was
located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 34,
T14N, R19E, MDB&M or at a point from which
the S1/4 corner of Section 35, T14N, R19E,
MDB&M bears S 29 degrees 29 minutes 23
seconds E, a distance of 5,911 feet. Water
was used for irrigation and domestic purposes
from March 1st to November 1st of each year.
