of Commissioners ADOPTED the following

ordinance:

ORDINANCE: 2023-1620

TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1620, an ordinance

amending Chapter 2.28 of the Douglas County

Code, relative to the Genoa Historic District

Commission, and Chapter 20.680 of the

Douglas County Code, relative to the Genoa

Historic (GH) Overlay District.

The ordinance shall be in full force and effect

on August 31, 2023 and was adopted by the

following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner,

Wes Rice, Walt Nowosad, Danny Tarkanian,

Sharla Hales
