Rain totals 5:50-6:50 a.m. are around .16 inches in Ruhenstroth and .15 inches in Fish Springs. Those gauges may not have caught up to the current storm, though. Markleeville got .24 inches since 7 a.m. Monday, but those soils are pretty saturated already.
