APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92951

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the

22nd day of August 2023 Holbrook Beef and

Cattle Company, LLC of Reno, Nevada made

application to the State Engineer of Nevada

for permission to change the point of diversion

and place of use of 0.0065 c.f.s., 4.0 a.f.a., a

portion of water heretofore appropriated under

Permit 53363. Water will be diverted from an

underground source at a point located within

the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 35, T14N, R19E,

MDB&M or at a point from which the S1/4

corner of said Section 35 bears S 21 degrees

26 minutes 57 seconds W, a distance of 3,520

feet (approx. 3 miles NE of Genoa, NV). Water

will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from

January 1st to December 31st of each year.

The existing point of diversion was located

within the SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 14, T12N,

R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SE

corner of said Section 14 bears S 57 degrees

18 minutes E, a distance of 1,104 feet. Water

was used for quasi-municipal purposes from

January 1st to December 31st of each year.
