Notice is hereby given that Daniel Phillips is the duly appointed and qualified successor trustee of the Fulford Phillips Family Trust dated November 10, 2015. Levi D. Phillips, a/k/a Levi Damon Phillips (“LEVI”) and his wife (also now deceased) Elaine Fulford a/k/a Ardith Elaine Fulford (“ELAINE”) are the original Settlors of the Fulford Phillips Family Trust dated November 10, 2015. LEVI is the original Trustee. A creditor having a claim against the settlors and against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety days after the first publication of this Notice.
