NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MICHAEL
G. MILLWARD, ESQ., was appointed on
October, 17, 2023 as the Administrator of the
Estate of RAY WARREN EXLEY.
All creditors having claim against RAY
WARREN EXLEY are required to file their
claims and supporting documentation with the
Ninth Judicial District Court, 1038 Buckeye
Rd., Minden, NV 89423, within 90 days
after the first publication of this notice, or as
otherwise provided in NRS 147.040.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that
MICHAEL G. MILLWARD, ESQ., has filed a
Petition to Approve Settlement Agreement
concerning the Estate of RAY WARREN
EXLEY, and set the matter for hearing on
Monday, February 5, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., at the
address set forth above.
All interested persons are notified to appear
and show cause why the Petition should not
be granted.
