NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of
The Leslie J. Maynard & Ethel M. Maynard
Family Trust dated 2/4/2003. Leslie J. Maynard,
Grantor of the Trust, died on 9/1/2003 and
Ethel M. Maynard, Grantor of the Trust, died on
2/10/2021. A creditor having a claim against
the decedents, or the Trust Estate must file their
claim with the undersigned at the address given
below within 90 days after the first publication of
this notice.
