NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner
Christine Diane Hall has filed in this court
a Verified Petition to Assign and Set Aside
Decedent’s Estate Without Administration and
has set the matter for a hearing on the 26th
day of February, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the
courthouse of the above-entitled court. The
Petition requests the decedent’s estate be
set aside to Christine Diane Hall, Successor
Trustee of the A. Gary O’Leary, Sr. Living
Trust, dated January 23, 2023.
All persons interested in the estate are
notified to appear and show cause why the
petition should not be granted. The matter will
be approved without further hearing unless an
objection is filed. You do not need to appear
unless you wish to object.
