NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned
is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of
the David A. & Carol Lee Heim Family Trust
dated September 23, 1999, the surviving
settlor of that trust, Carol Lee Heim, died on
December 6, 2022. A creditor having a claim
against the settlor and against the trust estate
must file a claim with the undersigned at the
address given below within 90 days after the
first publication of this notice.
