CITATION TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE 

TO: Amy Jo Storlie, and/or Tracy Jo Erwin and all other known relatives of the child: Luis A. Sanchez, Diane Moore Parent, Brad Erwin, Raymond Storlie. 

ANY PERSON HAVING THE CARE, CUSTODY, AND CONTROL OF THE CHILD DIRECTOR OR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following person Angelic V. Starkey petitioned the court to be appointed the guardian of the proposed protected minor. A guardian may be appointed for the proposed minor the hearing date noted below. The proposed guardian may be awarded the full management, care, and control of the proposed minor. 

The rights of the proposed protected minor and of any person having legal or physical custody of the proposed protected minor may be affected as specified in the petition. 

The proposed protected minor has the right to appear at the hearing and to oppose the petition. 

The proposed protect minor has the right to be represented by an attorney. At any time during proceedings on the citation, the court may appoint for the proposed protected minor; (a) an attorney; (b) guardian ad litem or an advocate for the best interests of the proposed protected minor pursuant to 2017 Nevada Laws Ch. 172 (A.B. 319). 

YOU ARE DIRECTED TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE why a guardian should not be appointed for the proposed protected minor on the 27th day of February, 2023, at 1:30 pm, at the courthouse of the Ninth Judicial District Court, located at 1038 Buckeye Rd., Minden, NV 89423, Courtroom number II.
