NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
undersigned represents the currently acting
Trustee of THE IRVIN H. HELSLEY AND
MARLENE J. HELSLEY REVOCABLE
TRUST, established on July 14, 1993, and as
amended and restated in its entirety on June
18, 2010. IRVIN G. HELSLEY and MARLENE
J. HELSLEY were the Grantors and original
Trustees of said Trust. IRVIN G. HELSLEY
died on August 29, 2002, and MARLENE
J. HELSLEY died on September 18, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the trust
estate on behalf of IRVIN G. HELSLEY and
MARLENE J. HELSLEY must submit his or
her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the
currently acting Trustee within ninety (90)
days after the first publication of this Notice.
