Lane shifts will take place on Highway 395 south of Gardnerville starting Monday as the Nevada Department of Transportation repairs roadside erosion.
Northbound Highway 395 near Rockbottom Road will be shifted to use the southbound passing lane weekdays between 7 a.m.-5 p.m. The primary southbound travel lane, as well as the shifted northbound lane, will remain open.
Motorists should anticipate minor travel delays and are reminded to drive safely and follow all traffic control, including traffic cones set up for work zone traffic flow.
Repairs will be made to roadside erosion created by heavy winter precipitation.
Additional roadside drainage repairs will take place on various sections of Highway 395 and Kingsbury Grade over coming months.
