NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that ROBERT L. BOSWELL is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee
of the Cose Family Trust, dated December
19, 1987, and any amendments thereto (the
“trust”). Settlor JAMES ALLEN COSE died on
December 9, 2022. BARBARA LEWIS COSE,
the surviving Settlor of the trust, died on
December 11, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against a Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned
at the address below within ninety
(90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
