AND HEARING UPON PETITION FOR APPROVAL

AND CONFIRMATION OF SALE

OF REAL PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gabriel

Bourbeau, the Administrator of the Estate of

Walter John Chartier, deceased, has filed a

Petition for Approval and Confirmation of Sale

of Real Property, has entered into a contract

to sell the real property situated at 1871 Fish

Springs Rd., Gardnerville, Douglas County,

Nevada 89410, for the purchase price of

$1,200,000.00.

A hearing to approve and confirm this sale

has been set for the 20th day of March, 2023,

at 1:30 p.m. in Department I at the courthouse

of the above-entitled court.

All persons interested in purchasing this

property are hereby notified of the date of

hearing and confirmation of sale.

The property is currently under a contract

for sale. Petitioner will also request that the

court direct that the only condition of that

contract subject to change by the successful

bidder is the purchase of the property.
